Clearly states on the website that it’s an English company yet you wait 2 weeks for the stuff to come from China, clearly labelled up in Chinese writing. I spent £75 thinking I was buying quality items and they sent the wrong stuff, which clearly isn’t insulated. It’s metal tubs just sitting inside a plastic housing. Utter rip off. I’ve applied for a refund but based on other review here I think I’ve seen the last of my money. This is the second time I’ve fallen foul of Chinese companies masquerading as British companies (so you end up paying UK prices for Temu products) so I’ve come on here to warn others and will make sure I check on here every time I try to buy from a ‘new’ company in future.

Love the product, hate the price. Have drunk Gatorade for decades (ever since I lived in America in the '90s). Used to buy tubs of their powder about 10 years ago to make my own drinks. It was a decent price of around £15 for a 500g tub. This latest incarnation is unsuitable though. £64 for a 2 months supply of what's basically sugar, salt and flavouring? They send you enough to drink one sachet a day, but who's really sweating that much? I might use 2-3 a week in a busy week, and they have a pretty short use by date. Only a few months. So whilst I've enjoyed they they'd no way keeping the subscription is financially viable.

The merger seems to have created what some modern companies seem to be evolving into: "we're going to do what we're going to do and we're not going to listen to you".
Have had 3 orders from Timberland lately, delivered to my work address. Despite their being a huge and you'd think unmissable front entrance with a staffed reception, the Inpost drivers have insisted on finding the much smaller and harder to access service door where they've been unsuccessful in delivering to so marked it as 'no one home'. Despite multiple messages to Timberland (who were brilliant) and messages passed to Inpost via them to say there's a staffed reception, they've continued, through all 3 deliveries, to use the unstaffed side door. Even when I put a massive sign on asking them to go to reception, they've still tried to deliver to this door. There's absolutely no ability to change, re-route or message Inpost via the app or email (despite it saying you can in their email), unlike literally every other delivery company (including the much maligned Royal Mail). So shout into the void and cross your fingers that your deliveries ever make it.

Evans used to be my go-to cycling shop. Then they were taken over by Sports Direct's Group run by Mike Ashley. Then they became the money-grabbing, customer-disdaining entity that they are now. Yes, great prices, but why do I have to pay £5 to have it delivered to your own store? Why does the most basic level of delivery still cost me £5, takes a week, and you still pay that even if you spend over £100 (an amount that would get you next day delivery with almost every other company). Return something? Sure, but pay £8 to do so. Do I hate them? Yes. Do I hate myself for going back to shop there. Also yes. I haven't shopped with them for years and this recent experience reminds me why not.

Been buying from them for ages. Huge selection and the best prices. Smashing customer service when an order went missing. Customer service replied within hours, confirmed Royal Mail had lost it, new order sent out the same day for next day delivery. Brilliant

Outside is always my trusted place to go for quality gear. You know if they sell it it'll be good and worth the money. They do great sales too.

The best products at the best prices and really fast delivery. A great company, used them many times and still keep on doing so!

Email from them saying my phone case had been dispatched on Friday evening on a 2 day delivery. The tracking link says that Evri are still 'expecting it'. It's now Wednesday afternoon and that's not changed. No phone number visible on the website to call, a direct enquiry hasn't been replied to. I'm figuring they've just taken the money and run. Wish I'd checked these reviews first. You'd think the fact that they're stocked in the Apple store would give them some credibility, but it seems that's not deserved. Will never use them again.

Even better than last time. I ordered at 9.30pm on the Thursday night and it was delivered on the Friday afternoon. Amazing

Absolutely brilliant. I ordered late on a Saturday night, and the order was delivered by Monday afternoon, for free. The ability to have a credit account and pay interest free over 6 months is also amazing, there should be more ways to shop like this!

I tried another cheaper cbd oil which didn't seem to do much, but there is a noticeable effect with this brand. I use it at night to help me sleep and it always helps me settle. I've gone for a subscription so that it's cheaper, and have found that I've more than I need just now, so it's an easy couple of clicks to pause the subscription until I'm ready. Quality and service are excellent.
