I ordered three rugs from Rugvista, which I selected from thousands of models on their website.

Review of BOLIA
Bolia was one of my options for replacing our sofa.
However, I ended up buying from Westwing and deeply regretting it. With two weeks left before my move from Germany, the week of the delivery they sent me an email saying they wouldn’t be able to deliver on time.
We rushed back to the Bolia store and spoke with the same salesperson who had helped me two months earlier. He remembered us and helped us find the exact model we were looking for in the returned goods inventory, offering the same discount we’d received when we first visited the store(40%). The sofa was delivered within a week, very well packaged and completely new.
If you like Bolia sofas, don’t be put off by the price. visit a store, because many products have huge discounts, not to mention the exceptional customer service.

Review of Westwing Deutschland
We visited a Westwing store and decided to purchase a 3-seater Wolke sofa. We clearly explained that we would be leaving Germany in two months, and the salesperson assured us that the order would be delivered within that timeframe.
Today, during the scheduled delivery week , I received an email informing me that the sofa will be delayed by another month. My container is in two weeks, which means I will not receive the sofa at all.
What is particularly frustrating is that this delay was only communicated at the last minute. Had I been informed earlier, I would have had enough time to purchase a sofa from another store.
I contacted Westwing Germany’s customer service and was treated with complete disregard. I had to call two more times before being treated in a civil manner, but even then, the representative said there was nothing they could do.
Do not trust the promises made by this company’s sales staff or their after-sales service.

Item came from UK to Berlin within a week without charging me extra taxes.
This model was discontinued in 2019 and I could only find in this online store.
