The ordering and deliver were as expected but unfortunately the freezer wi damaged on arrival. This was not Reliants fault but I suggest they look into their delivery operators as it was clearly damaged when they delivered it and it should not have been delivered in that state. However Reliant offered a discount promptly which we have accepted.

The order arrived on time, was unpacked before it came in the door, the men were polite and explained things to me very clearly and took away all the packing.

The order wa delivered extremely quickly and all items correct.

My tree àrrived on time and is very sturdy, with a strong trunk and even a few blossoms.

This is my second year with Sterling. They were very professional throughout and the quote was less than last year.

I had to return an item and I was very quickly informed that they had received it and were refunding me. I therefore did not have the hassle of tracking it.

I have been trying to communicate with this company to return the pants I ordered by mistake and re-order the ultra incontinence pants. I have e-mailed them numerous times requesting a returns label but no response. I am of a mind to get a refund through my credit card company if I do not receive a reply by next week. In this day and age this company is sadly lacking in customer care. Since putting it on Trust Pilot I am pleased to say that I have had a full refund.

Lands End sizing seems to fit me perfectly and their clothes are of good quality

Can't praise this company enough. After being let down very badly by the Caravan and Camping Club we couldn't get insurance for our motorhome as my husband is now over 80. Someone recommended Comfort - what a revelation. Insured up to 85 and beyond if you kept insuring with them. They couldn't do enough for us and so pleasant after the Club. They saved our bacon as we are going away tomorrow.
