Review of Electric Ireland

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Shameful Company

When my mother passed away, Electric Ireland told me the balance on her account was nil. Some three months later I received a LEGAL DEMAND LETTER from a Hugh Ward & Co Solicitors, demanding payment for an outstanding bill for Electric Ireland. I was never sent any invoice in the first place, nor was the Estate. An absolutely shocking way to treat customers who were loyal for more than 30 years. Shame on you as a company.

Review of Aer Lingus

Horrific experience

Horrific experience. The check in kiosks for bag tagging were malfunctioning and hundreds of people were panicking. Then you have to queue for ages to actually drop the bag off. The machine rejected my bag. Back to the kiosk to try again. Then it wanted 50 euro which I paid. Then back to queue again for bag drop. It rejects it again. Tried multiple times. I brought my bag onto the flight. There was one aer lingus staff member dealing with hundreds of passengers. An absolute joke. Then I said to the aer lingus woman at the boarding gate that the bag drop experience was a disaster and she said the air line has not yet recruited the staff. An absolute horror show. Avoid this airline.

Review of Chrono24

Excellent service

Excellent service, I have used chrono24 a few times, it is a great way to buy a watch without having to travel to another country. The escrow account mechansim is a great way to operate the service.
