The store has a wide range of options, but I always believe it's best to go for the best you can afford. The The result this time was a beautiful floor in Westerham Linen, which retails for around £43 per pack. Fitted with the high quality underlay provided, we are very happy with the result.

Chair was well-packaged, delivery by two people was prompt. We needed it taking to first floor via an external staircase. One delivery man refused to assist, saying that stairs weren't allowed, but the other offered to help, which was really kind and much appreciated.

While their service is legal, I would characterise this service provider as dubious. Their site design resembles that of the US Government, and they add a discreet disclaimer to cover themselves. However they could be said to exploit inexperienced travellers - this time a member of my family.
To their credit, they did later provide a refund.

I am really pleased to share this review of our experience with DS4U, as we are delighted with every aspect. First, the ordering process was really easy and the firm showed itself to be very flexible with delivery arrangements. Second, the price was excellent and the value for money is outstanding. Third, and most important of all, the quality of materials and workmanship are second to none. We bought a sofa bed which has already been used by guests on at least three occasions and all found it to be very comfortable. As a sofa, the experience is elegance incarnate. A truly great British firm.
