I ordered a premium desktop unit from MagicVaporizers which arrived with non-conforming and defective parts—specifically a faulty remote control and a warped internal filter screen that was completely displaced from the glassware.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I exercised my statutory right to reject the defective goods for a full refund within 30 days.

Instead of resolving the issue, customer support hid behind automated/AI responses before an internal "escalation" to a representative named Alicia, who flatly refused the return.

They attempted to claim "hygiene exemptions"—a completely unlawful tactic when applied to defective, non-conforming merchandise that was faulty on arrival.

Dreadful customer care, zero accountability, and total disregard for UK consumer law. Avoid.

Like most People, I Googled the machine that I was after, and found an advert for Coffee Friend showing the machine that I wanted at over £100 less than other Vendors.

"Hmmm...What's the catch???" I thought.

After a quick email discussion, which allayed all my fears and answered all my questions, the order was made. The machine delivered really quickly and is working absolutely perfectly.

Based on this initial interaction with Coffee Friend, I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I visited Gary at the store located in the Asda/Walmart at the Orbital Shopping Centre in Swindon earlier today (08.09.20) to have a new watch sized for my wrist.

I do not possess enough superlatives to describe just how impressed I was with the whole interaction and experience. Gary is a very friendly yet professional person who did an absolute fantastic job of removing the links on my watch bracelet...When I asked, rather sheepishly, if he would also set the date wheel correctly for me I was met with a "Yes, sure, no problem whatsoever".

Very good, quick, efficient, friendly, professional service and good value, too.

Based on this experience, I will bring my quartz watches in for a service, battery replacement and water testing along with all of my dry cleaning from now on.
