Nothing has arrived and no response from company
I ordered some products 9 days ago and so far have had no delivery. I contacted the company a few days ago and have had no response yet. Disappointed as I’ve ordered from this company before (last year) and previously had very fast delivery times (around 3 days) with responsive and super helpful customer service. I will amend my review of the company responds to me and my order arrives. There is currently no tracking available either when that was an option on my previous orders.

very good product
3 out of 2 orders received, 3rd got cancelled because of a hopefully temporary shutdown of their site, but I got a full refund so all good. Product and price are both very good, aswell as the service. I really wasn't expecting much from a website with a name like that, but I really couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Hopefully they'll be back soon :)

Very happy to discover this company.
The products I ordered are quality and shipping is extremely fast to the UK.
Loyalty points make the difference too.

Clean distillate, free shipping over 50 is appreciated as well as the tax already included in the price prior to checkout, 5 business days delivery within europe, clean disty and does what its supposed to, came in a nice glass "lab looking" bottle.
