Very poor customer service. Sending me 2 different items to what I ordered. To be told they are the same and i should be satisfied, I am not. Offered a refund but not worth the hassle. They don't sell thcp vapes any more but do not tell you this and just send a thcx vape. If I wanted that i would of ordered that. Delivery was okay. Products not. Wouldn't waste your money with these people

Bought the premium tea shake, a bit heavy on the stem otherwise it was On time and on point. At that price I will buy again.

I have to give them 5 stars, and that is despite having the item from my 1st order substituted with a different item. Their range is great, delivery times excellent and the prices are very competitive. Their only issue is communication, live chat messages go unanswered, their mobile is never on, you are left having to send a message via the website and waiting for an emailed response, which does come in a reasonable time frame. But they still get 5 stars because everything else is first class, if they put some resource in to live chat and communication then they could dominate this space.

I’ve placed quite a few orders with CB- vapes, shake and kief. The vapes are second to none- they are genuinely amazing, taste banging, last long and are of a really high quality. CB are easy to contact too.

I did however have a small issue with CB- this was to do with my most recent order not being sent in the timeframe. However, CB reached out to me directly, twice by email and twice again by website chat to explain the issue, which was definitely out of their control, so I do not hold them responsible at all. They even offered me a good will gesture which was above and beyond what I would have expected.

Don’t hesitate- these guys are legit and offer a really banging product. I am a regular smoker- but there’s a reason I keep coming back to CB- their stuff is LOUD.

Excellent products at very reasonable prices. Communication is great. Quick response. This is the only site that I trust to use. Everything is genuine, as described and I wouldn't buy anywhere else.

I have ordered from Calibudz a few times and the service is fantastic. Leaving just a short tip helps out massively and remember they are on your side and fighting to stop the killjoys who want it closed down.

Excellent range of products with clear labelling and ingredients, best range I've come across and the quality of all products had been excellent with good value for money. Postage does take a few days as clearly stated on the site but its also tracked usually via Royal Mail with zero issues.

Quick response the hemp was great. Will be getting again that’s for sure. No complaints from me. All good on the sweet Front. enjoy it’s been emotional.
