Quick service, great range of products, no problems.

My partner recently purchased a vape from this company, within a few days it was apparent there was a fault with the battery. We contacted customer service and was asked to make sure contacts were clean. We did as asked and the fault persisted. We recontacted them and was told we had to video how we put the battery in and then how we charged it. By this time I had reached out to the manufacturer who wer quicker to respond. Because we had contacted the manufacturer Magic vaporisers refused to have anything more to do with the matter. This included their legal obligations to provide items that are "fit for purpose". I cannot recommend this company in any way. Find somewhere with good customer service

Ultra long delivery, customer service sees no problem and is rude.

Bought an ENSO Shisha, I had issues with it after 7 months. They have replaced it quite fast.

Who is the thieve?.
I've sent them videos a few times, to prove that their products are low quality and poorly made. The packaging is dishonest; it makes the product look refined. After that, they give you a guarantee for the price you paid, not the equipment. If the money isn't enough, you have to pay again. Even when you're having a hard time, someone will always try to sell you something. Then you won't get any vapor for 10 days. I haven't vaped in many days.
They cannot see that cannabis can be used as a medicine, but they only see it as a business opportunity.

Their business model relies on a system of punishing customers. They waste your time and trust, but they forget that their products are junk. If nobody complains, it's probably because they don't have the time to send a video to show how bad it is.
Please close your company. You can't sell products to treat health problems.

Friendly, great, speedy service! Had a new volcano that I used for under a month, filling chamber was broken in one area, as this was still under warranty I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement the next working day!

I ordered the Puff Co peak pro with 3DXL Chamber spend a fortune on it for the chamber to break after 53 days to be told it’s not there issue puff co have to issue the replacement not true under consumer law my contract is with them and it’s on them to send a replacement once I showed proof they just don’t want to come out of stock and want to pass it on to puff co and make me wait weeks.

Bought a arizer vape from them, when the vape arrived it had a rubber foot missing from the bottom, quick email to magicvaporizers and the team got a replacement sent out to me , great customer service 👍

FOLLOWING ON FROM MY REVIEW ON JUNE 10th 2026. THEY HAVE STILL NOT REFUNDED ME, IN FACT AFTER SENDING THE VAPE VOLCANO BACK, AND THE FAULT BEING CONFIRMED, THEY HAVE ONLY OFFERED TO REPLACE IT. THATS AFTER COUNTLESS EMAILS TELLING THEM I WANTED A REFUND, AS PER THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015. SO THEY IGNORE THE LAW TOO. I BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE FROM VAPEFIEND INSTEAD.
