Their only option is for delivery is DPD next day at £9 a pop, which is absolutely ridiculous.
On top of that - when they send an email saying "your item has been dispatched" - it hasn't actually been sent out. So even though they charge you for next day delivery, don't expect to receive your part the next day.
It's almost as if they think you can't check the parcel movements via DpD.
Won't be buying anything from them again.

I ordered a premium desktop unit from MagicVaporizers which arrived with non-conforming and defective parts—specifically a faulty remote control and a warped internal filter screen that was completely displaced from the glassware.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I exercised my statutory right to reject the defective goods for a full refund within 30 days.

Instead of resolving the issue, customer support hid behind automated/AI responses before an internal "escalation" to a representative named Alicia, who flatly refused the return.

They attempted to claim "hygiene exemptions"—a completely unlawful tactic when applied to defective, non-conforming merchandise that was faulty on arrival.

Dreadful customer care, zero accountability, and total disregard for UK consumer law. Avoid.

Great company I ended up with a faulty vape and the customer service was fantastic and replaced the unit asap

Love this store a great variety of products and the only ones i trust and they also have many accessories per vape so im definitely buying more, had a problem with a vape but the support was simply outstanding

Spent ~£400 several hours before the next day delivery dispatch deadline, received confirmation email stating order would be dispatched same evening for next day delivery but was not dispatched until the next day after chasing for delivery details, now arriving a day late. Next day delivery offer is not trustworthy.

Edit to add further info: delivery failed as magic vaporizers did not provide the full details from their address form to DPD, making it undeliverable, order purchased with next day delivery will now arrive four days late at the earliest

Fast delivery, everything great so I can recommend this shop.

Edit: MagicVaporizers were responsive and helpful in sorting out a problem with a warranty claim I initially had with a manufacturer - all issues now resolved.

Ordered my second v4 pro and some dosing capsules. I put the wrong phone number down and then emailed them to change it and within 10mins, they'd done it.
Sadly I had dosing capsules missing from my order, only the tube arrived but this was also rectified by the end of the day and they should arrive soon.

My order arrived quickly, and when I had a small problem with a component on my device, their customer service team handled it brilliantly and replaced it immediately without any fuss. It's rare to get customer service this good nowadays. Highly recommended!

Very good service after 6 months or so my vape became faulty I messaged them they ask for video with the fault and the serial number they approved my warranty and I got a new vape

Ordered next day delivery which was 2 days to N.Ireland. No problem with that. now 9 days later still did not get my parcel. DPD definetly the worst courier i have ever come across. Not the stores fault. Customer service is rubbish, lies and more lies while all the time breaking the law. My contract is with magic vaporizers not dpd and under the 2015 consumer act i should have been refunded days ago but they still have my money as of 4th august. Now have to go to bank and start a claim there for charge back or failing that the small claims court. worst customer service i have ever come across in 20 yrs buying online do not use them.They reply with cold almost rude emails and do nothing , i wish i had checked reviews before this nightmare started.
Update refunded 11 days later :-(
