Refreshingly brilliant service – RVS has gained a customer for life
After a nightmare experience with MagicVaporizers, buying my vaporiser from Recommended Vape Supplies was a breath of fresh air.
The pricing was exceptional, delivery was bang on time, and the device worked flawlessly straight out of the box. Months later, it is still performing brilliantly.

Happy to hear you're happy with the products and service. Sadly shipping/importing into Europe has become more expensive lately especially for smaller orders since they've added the additional 3 Euro per line duties for lower value items. Totally appreciate it's not an ideal situation, we're working to try and find a solution to make it slightly cheaper for our EU fam but our hands are partly tied by the new regulations that were introduced in July.

Matt is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient with his customers. Without me spending anything I had a week long back and forth conversation about a product I intended to buy. There was no sales pitch or shortened answers because it seemed like I wasn't buying anything yet. A true class act.
I had initially emailed with a question and concern about a potential purchase. I was replied to very quickly, with detailed information and a friendly touch.
It's widely known how friendly, safe and reputable this site is, and Matt in particular. It's nice to experience it for myself and be able to confirm it's still the case.
I'll certainly be returning here for any/all purchases that I can. Very happy to support a business that's run with passion and with medical patients in mind.
