The service I get is not working

The service I get is poor. I have complained several times about the 4g signal not working. I want out of contract but told I have to the balance. They want me to pay for something that is not working.

Can't fault the service and the product. The lady that dealt with me was very knowledgeable and professional. It was also great to get a loyalty bonus
