El corte Ingles Spain. I don't even know where to start! How they work is basically criminal! They won't even let you cancel an order. It's been 2 weeks and they haven't sent my purchase and I can't even get anyone to respond to my queries. This has been a learning point for me, always check trust pilot before buying online. Actually, the customer protection authorities should shut down this operation!

Amazing prices!! My delivery was held up by the courier and Mandm sent another within 24hrs.

Great company, amazing prices. The use of EVRI/Hermes is a serious down side, costing them 2 stars really. Honestly, I would suggest another courier service.

I would like to think Hermes is paying for some of these reviews. Surely no one is giving a 5star rating to EVRI, come on! This service is the worst ever, I mean you're better off walking across the country to get your package! Complete garbage

Hermes is 2 for 2 on horrible deliveries, not sure how they could be so consistently rubbish!

I have bought stuff on 3 occasions from this vendor and all have been complete disasters. Like most commentators here, you don't see how fraudulent the process is until you try to return items bought. Firstly, there isn't a clear return address, and FAQ section addresses issues that are not even in the website. Horrible horrible! I feel quite silly for letting them swindle me a third time!

This service is truly and utterly terrible! Have been waiting for a parcel to arrives since 30th march! They claim the parcel was delivered and signed by me! Obviously not because I was home all day and secondly, the name on the recipient signature isn't mine! Just awful!
