Started buying Wright's Cake mixes at the beginning of the first lock down.
Have tried Madeira, orange, chocolate, ginger and carrot cake.
All delicious.
I have been adding extra bits to make them even better.
Orange cake add orange zest and use some orange juice with the water.
Ginger add finely chopped crystallized ginger.
Carrot cake add some grated carrot.
Every cake has been brilliant.
Just received another 6 packets which I am lookingforward to using
