Pump King 

I like that there are always normal prices and nice employees.
I have never faced any problems here.

I use their services regularly and I am always satisfied with the result, although sometimes there are queues, but it is normal for such places.

Cancelled my card with pump king last year because of there poor customer service. Last week my bank account was debited £36.12 for fuel, I have emailed customer services that I do not have a card and so please explain why I have been debited? To date I still have not received a reply also there head office telephone number doesn’t exist surprise surprise.
They promoted this esso card through the caravan club, I’m sure the caravan club would like to know of there poor reviews.

A shambolic company, after finally registering and activating my card due to their incompetence (5 months) my card has suddenly stopped working. I must have used it about 5 times in total, zero customer satisfaction, zero help or direction.

While you can save a few pennies it is honestly not worth the hassle in any way shape or form.

After filling my car up I went to use my Esso card that I got from Pump King, unsurprisingly tha cashier showed me the screen flashing CARD STOLEN!!! so somehow I've managed to steal my own card, with name and signature in it, and I'm locked out of my account!!!Pump King can do one!!

The first time I used my card at my local esso I checked the pump against the price pump king texted me and all was good, there was a saving. The next few times I didn't check the price, assuming pump king would be cheaper, why not. Today before using the card (not sure why but) I checked the price sms from pump king £1.303 and the pump price was £1.29! So of course I didn't use the pump king card. Now I am concerned that the last couple of times I used the card without comparing the price pump king may have over charged me. WHERE IS MY SAVING!!!

Had a CAMH variety since March 2019,teething problems well noted on various forums, mine sorted, only one glitch since (card renewal) quickly resolved, Esso garage in my town (1 mile), saved over £71, now also get Nectar points, only other garage in town is BP with dearest fuel prices in England. In short -- Thankyou Pump King.

This week my local esso garage was over three pence a litre cheaper than pumpking why would I use it

I,am very surprised by all the negative reviews,I have had a card since they first came out and have never had any problem whatsoever,I think a lot of the problems are down to users not registering a debit card and not activating the Esso card correctly.i use it for my car and motorhome with no problems.

Horror company with zero service. My debit card was updated , then the fun started. Twice daily emails to which I responded , but they ignore . Their tel line is inoperatve, so cannot speak to anyone.
They have my email and mobile number but make no attempt to contact me. Now the usual threat to send in debt collectors! Really!
I have never experienced such an incompetent and disgraceful service.

Just received my card today 16/8. However before i use it, i thought i would check out the reviews.

Only read 5 reviews and that was enough cancelled my account and cut up the card!

Only managed to use the card twice in the whole time I had it. Normally never worked final straw was when I tried to use it and was told the card had been stolen. I have had no correspondence from them so I cancelled my account. I still keep getting a weekly price text from them with no way of stopping it. Very poor customer service.

Wouldn't even give it one star if I could, their weekly pump prices are always more than I can buy locally and at the moment 8p more than the advertised price at my local Esso station. The only time you might save money is if you need/usually fill up on a motorway where the prices are a huge rip off. overall, a complete waste of my time.

Shambles of a company. Changed details and they can't get it right.
Can never get through on phone and emails take weeks for a reply.

I feel quite lucky to be an early adopter of this program, have saved more than a bit on fuel and it has saved me time as well with their web management platform technologies.

This is a new system and despite some early cock ups now has been smoothly sailing, I save on fuel and get my notifications.

My best mate recommended this to me and have been using it for about a month so far I saved a good lot on fuel so I will be sticking with it.

The first and only time I used it the pump price was exactly the same as pump king, so no discount, and the Esso garage was 2p per litre more than another garage nearby. I also haven't received my supposedly weekly message with prices since May. Seems a complete waste of time and just a ploy to get you to buy Easy.
