I sent the space box product back because it just didn’t work properly. It was sluggish and buggy. The instructions to install didn’t work. And then to top it all off they completely ignore me when I requested a refund. I had to pay to return this product if you could call it that and then they don’t even contact me regarding my refund. If I could score less than one I would. Complete waste of £100 don’t waste Yours.

I’ve used them in Rushden four or five times. Simply does what is written on the tin. Staff are great facilities are great. 24 hour access, what more do you want? Reasonable price? Yes you’ve got that as well.

Reading other reviews I must admit I feel like I am the old one however I have to say the Mats I received are very low quality. They’re very light therefore every time I get into the car they get bent out of shape. They don’t stay down. They move constantly. They arrived wrapped in a plastic bag with instructions to let them settle for a few days before installing them. Why? When you’re paying over £90 for a set of carpets for a Tesla, why couldn’t you just ship them Flat. After waiting three weeks for them to arrive, I get this pile of crap. Sorry but I am angry. The truth is they are cheaply made in China or somewhere like that. There is no premium leather feel or look. and I consider a complete waste of money. I’m putting up with them until I can’t stand them anymore when they’ll be going straight in the trash. I’m just sorry that I threw away my old mats. This is the very last time I will believe an AI generated advert after all £90 is a lot of money.

Alex and his team delivered exactly what they quoted. The work is Fast and neat. They also advised us on some safety aspects with regard to our present electrical equipment and even rectified the problem. I’ve just used my charger for the first time and it worked perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Trustpilot is a great service. I use it whenever I get bad Customer Service. No Business likes to have a bad review and companies that do well should be rewarded with good reviews.. companies which sell products or services and then offer poor Customer Service should fear Trustpilot, and many of them do. I have had one or two try to offer a solution just so that I would remove the bad rating. That is true power. With so many dodgy Internet based companies ripping people off, We need more companies like Trustpilot.

At first I was a bit unsure about this company. I had an issue with my first impression, but I have to say I was extremely impressed by the caring attitude which followed. For me, Customer Service is everything. So I am giving them five stars for a great CS team. Waiting on my new veneers to arrive, excited to see what they will actually look like.

We use these guys whenever something goes wrong with our tires. They use good technology and are able to pinpoint steering and balance issues with great accuracy. In the long run that saves you money. If you’ve had your tyres changed by cheap roadside operators, they probably didn’t balance them properly or check the tracking. That’s why you need these guys.

I bought a watch strap from this company. Delivery took about two weeks to the UK. When it finally arrived, the strap was very small and stiff making it unsuitable for anyone with large wrists. I would say they are made for an oriental market. I immediately contacted Customer Service to ask for a return. That was three days ago. In the end I gave up and decided to write them a bad review. If you have thick wrists do not buy these products they are not designed for you and the customer service like so many Facebook advertisers, appears to be non-existent. Hope that helps.

These guys are slick. Start out taking £3 then Taking over £45 from my payment details without informing me. No email or reminder no explanation which is just plain open theft. Warning! do not put your payment details on the app unless you understand what you are signing up to.

I had originally written a poor review because I could not log into my account but I would like to say that the way customer services, especially Ana handled the issue I must change my review to a positive one. It is remarkable to find a company that will actually listen to a disgruntled client and fix the issue. Worried at first because it took a bit longer to arrive than advertised however it was worth the with. These are not the cheapest but the quality of workmanship is superb. Take the time to measure your recess inside the windows exactly to the MM. it will make your fitting a dream, Two windows in 10 minutes! I used glue for the sides.

I signed up for DAZN to watch boxing on 21 Dec 2023. I knew it was for one year. I paid them £9.99 per month. The final payment should have been taken in November. I was shocked when they automatically took a payment of £14:99 in December 2024. Especially after I had just paid them £25 for a pay per view. I immediately cancelled the contract. This would have been on day one of my legal cooling off period. I did not check the cancellation date at that point. A month later I noticed they had taken another payment of £14.99! I now went into the account and contacted customer services. these jokers said I will have to continue paying for another year as the contract had auto renewed!!! This is Absolutely illegal fraudulent scam like activity. Advice to all is to stay clear of DAZN. Report them to your bank or in my case PayPal. Fight for your rights and get a refund.
