This is my favourite shop and don’t get to visit as often as I would like but every time I do it does not disappoint. The most amazing home interiors if you want something different. Fantastic customer service and nothing is too much trouble and thank you Charlie for all your help . If I win the lottery I will buy everything.

Parcel never received by EVRI and they delivered to incorrect address and still waiting for refund after 3 emails

Visited your Southampton store yesterday and was warmly welcomed by Neelam Vyas who helped us with a bespoke sofa as we had a list of wishes for what we wanted .
We didn’t think we could get everything we required but Neelam helped us with this and although expensive it was still a good deal for the rolls Royce of sofas.
Can’t wait for it to be delivered.

Sent the wrong items and then didn't answer my emails for 2 weeks and then took a month to get refund back via pay pal. Sadly not good .

Emailed 8am to ask for a repair, they phoned me 5 minutes later and repair was done by a lovely guy called Stuart by the afternoon.
