Order not updated after 9 days. No delivery date scheduled. No reply to emails or via phone. Avoid ordering.

I bought a swiming pool and i had not email to say it was depatched. Then after five days i messaged them. I got no reply. I messaged again a few days later, still no replies. I got the pool and it was in a damp box and all dirty. I messaged them again and still got no replies. This company does not reply to emails. They ignore you and have no comunications with you and their products are not satisfactory especailly because they are over priced in the first place and then the condition it arrived in.

I ordered two pairs of trousers from this company. When delivery arrived, some time after the promise on the website, the package contained only one pair of trousers. I immediately queried this by email and followed up and a couple of days later asking where the rest of the order is. Again no response.
I then had to contact them by phone. Unsurprisingly the number just rang to voicemail and I left two messages for someone to contact me this last week. No response has been received so I am forced to firstly write this review and secondly contact my credit card company to recover the money this company appears to have stolen from me.
Stay away from this site and do not order from them as I suspect there may be some kind of foul play element given the refusal to contact me to tell me when the rest of the order is due be delivered.

Ordered a paddling pool and arrived within the 3 days and it’s fabulous. Every other shop had sold out due to heatwave and already up and filled. So pleased . 😁

Don’t buy from these people. They’ve been dissolved but will still take your money.

No order received. Despite repeated attempts to contact, no joy. Would advise any customer to be wary of ordering anything from this site

I havent received my parcel. No one replies to emails or messages. Its a scam shop – I regret I did not read reviews before purchase. AVOID!!!

Quite simple....a fake company. Goods never showed up and invoice came from another company entirely who when called explained that they have no connection to the seller. Refunded by PayPal.

As I have not yet received my order or any correspondence or update regarding my order,or tracking my order,I can only give one star at this time .

No item received. No shipping/dispatch info. No email response. No phone call answered. No PayPal dispute answered. No refund. Nightmare company. I’m beginning to wonder if this company is even real. Still waiting for a resolution. I do not recommend this company.

AVOID at all costs. Ordered some boots. They didn't arrive. Tried every method of contacting them but they didn't respond. SCAM. BEWARE!!!!

Absolutely brilliant, only recently discovered this company who have a good range of quality products at very reasonable prices. I was kept updated with emails regarding order received and order dispatched and my delivery arrived really quickly. Well impressed.

I have phoned several times and e-mailed to ask where my order is. I ordered a pair of wellington boots on the 21st January and as yet have heard nothing. I hope this get read by someone and they kindly send my order or refund me the money.

Do not buy from this store! Total sham, ordered 2 pairs of kids joules boots, never arrived. No tracking, emailed and emailed and no response.

Do not use this company!!! No order received!!!
