Great gadgets and always pleasant staff

Flights were amazing great service and on time. The hotel was disastrous. We were there for ten days and had our room changed 4 times. Bad sewage smell in all the rooms and every room the shower and toilet leaked. Rooms not cleaned even though I spoke with reception, food appalling and definitely not a four star. Pictures online did not properly showcase the hotel. Hopefully Jet2 will consider re vetting this hotel before adding it to their portfolio next year.
