Contacting PhoneSafe to replace the cable under its warranty was a breeze, and the staff were very friendly and swift in their communication—really good customer service and care.

Compared to similar providers, XOOM offers the widest variety of payment options to most countries around the world. Their services can be pricier than similar providers, which can sometimes be justified as they can be the only ones offering a certain type of payment to certain countries. At the same time, there is definitely room for improvement there. Overall, I am happy with their service, which I have used for years now.

The only issue I have with them is that every second order is somewhat delayed by a few days compared to the estimation they give you on the website when you order the lenses.

So, I had a second experience with Banxa - this time buying crypto for my Binance account. You see Binance has recently made it almost impossible for some of its European users to buy crypto with their bank account/debit card/credit card.

It was a bad experience. Banxa's verification process is archaic and manual - it takes time and is carried out insecurely by email. It is unacceptable to be requested to send photos of your credit card (with some digits covered) and handwritten notes by email - so many things can go wrong. After waiting about 30 hours, during which I had poor communication with Banxa's customer agents, the crypto I ordered was deposited to my account in the expected amount. Throughout the process, I had no idea what was happening with my order, I was just waiting and wishing it would be processed sooner than later.

I wouldn't recommend their service. Their fees are as high as Coinbase's fees, and transaction times at Coinbase are way faster.

Excellent and fast alternative for SEPA withdrawals from Binance. Fees could be less, though.

They offer good after-sales support.
