I bought a Amazon.de gift card through Wissel with order number B767269. However, card gives an error with the indication of previous usage.

Edit: They quickly refunded indeed.

Update: These opportunists are using pathetic, shady tactics by doxing my real name in response to my one-star reviews, which is a massive violation of GDPR and privacy rules and will be reported.

Wissel.nl is using deceptive "fast payout" advertising to get your gift card details, only to claim afterward that some gift cards (Order V262946834) take longer. They claim they guarantee payout by the next business day, yet they hold your card information for days while refusing to pay on time; this is a total bait-and-switch.

​They repeatedly refused to pay my money, making excuses and telling me to "be patient" while they actively violated their own terms. It was only after I formally reported them to the ACM and RCC and sent a Notice of Default then they paid my money. This proves they are intentionally misleading customers and only act when they face legal pressure.

​If you have issues with this company, do not wait, report them to the authorities immediately to get your money back. Do not fall for the positive reviews; they have no shame and offer zero compensation for their violations.

I will continue to warn others and expose these deceptive practices on every platform to ensure no one else falls for this trap.

I've been using Wissel for years to buy discounted gift cards. I typically buy Amazon and Bol but there are plenty more. I had to contact the customer service a few times when the cards didn't work, and they've always resolved the issue rapidly.

Super quick. Respond almost directly. No nonsense. Of course they take a percentage but that’s only fair. Finally I got rid of all those annoying gift cards and coupons without loosing it all!

Wissel.nl double-sells Zalando gift vouchers.

You will be alright if you buy a voucher and use it immediately.
I bought several Zalando gift vouchers in 2024 (300+ euros worth), activated them, and placed Zalando orders on the same day as I purchased the vouchers. All gift vouchers in the Zalanado account overview had a validity date of 2029. I returned some items, so Zalando dutifully restored the balance.

However, a few months later, vouchers started to disappear from my Zalando account. I contacted Zalando, and they explained that multiple users use my voucher codes.
I contacted the klantenservce of Wissle.nl. Jeroen reimbursed the first fraudulent code; for the second one, he reimbursed only 50%, stating "to share the pain." There is no answer from the klanterservice, nor reimbursement in relation to other vouchers.

Wissel is aware that they are committing fraud by double-selling coupons.
Zalando confirmed the fraud of Wissel, saying that they have received multiple reports of this kind of issue.

Update. In response to the answer to my review. Clearly, Wissel.nl klantenservice shifts the topic. Instead of addressing the issue of multiple coupons being double-sold, they stated that they reimbursed 50%of one coupon, blaming me for reporting the issue months later.

Again, the issue became evident months later, as the valid Zalando coupons disappeared from my Zalando account.

This is fraud! I saved Zalando chat transcripts where they informed me that coupon codes supplied by Wissel are shared by several users.

Also, If you buy a gift card on the 29th of December 2024 and enter the code on the Zalando website, the validity date is 29.12 2029. I have confirmation of this too, all screenshots are saved. If you buy and return an item within the time allowed by Zalando, the balance restored by Zalando should remain valid till 2029!
