I've been seeing Lesley at Dolld Up Dovedale every month for my regular pedicure and waxing, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else!

Lesley is an absolute professional, with years of experience, fantastic skills and a lovely, friendly manner. She always makes me feel comfortable and welcome, takes great care with every treatment and pays attention to the little details.

My pedicures are always fabulous, and her waxing is second to none. It's lovely to have someone you can trust who consistently delivers such a high standard of service.

From the customer pov, it’s alright, but I have worked for two companies that use them, and they are horrible!

They do take quite a lot of money, so you have to put prices up not to lose money. You can’t make certain changes directly, and have to do it through them, but their partner support has been reduced to an AI agent (annoyingly female presenting).

One of the people I work with has been trying to remove some services from their profile, as per their AI’s, but no matter how it’s done, the services still appear. We’ve opened a number of tickets and none get attention from a real person - it’s been at least a month, if not more. There’s no way to contact anyone anymore, even if you can request doing so with the AI agent.

So, TLDR: takes a considerable commission and offers minimal support.

She’s incredibly talented, experienced and makes you feel so welcome every single time. I've been coming to LX Aesthetics for laser hair removal and have been really happy with both the service and the results. Recently, I found out about a promotional offer for existing customers that was such an amazing deal. I honestly haven't had a facial in god knows how many years, but it worked out to be such a bargain I decided to just go for it!
​Booking my slot was super simple, and the treatment itself was way better than I expected. Ruji was great and talked me through every step, explaining exactly what she was applying and what she was doing. My skin was looking pretty gritty beforehand, but after the facial, it looks and feels so much better. My face has literally been glowing!
​I’ll definitely be going back for a second session and I'm hoping to keep it up as a regular monthly thing. I think it’s finally time I took some time to actually look after myself. Fingers crossed they drop some Black Friday deals lol!
