I placed order with this company beginning of December 2022 it is now May and still not delivered. No reply from them.

I bought a car and was very happy with the quote I received. My insurance runs out 19th March so was waiting for new no claims bonus to arrive from my current insurers. I uploaded my no claims bonus cert from last year and received a email saying that the car registration was not the car I was insuring. I went on their chat forum and the guy kept saying I had to upload a more recent no claims bonus cert and it had to be under the registration of the car I was insuring. I explained that I just bought the car and the no claims bonus cert was for my driving experience not the cars. I then asked to speak to a manager after being on chat with him for 46 minutes and his response was managers do not speak to customers. I received my new no claims bonus cert and uploaded it and received a email stating that it was under a different registration and to upload loads of other documents. So I cancelled the policy and stayed with my old insurer.I paid €150 more but had no problems with old insurer who have experienced customer care and are very knowledgeable regarding insurance.
I note that all your good reviews are people who are renewing with them. Please send your customer service team on a course on car insurance and communications.

Was not happy regarding an enquiry on payment of hotel. My partner had a payment taken from his account from edreams and when we tried to find out if opodo booked the hotel through them kept sending me payment policy after saying on their confirmation email that we had to pay at hotel. I had to phone hotel to confirm if the hotel was paid for.

Not happy with this

Terrible company, lying, thieving scum and that's me being nice about them. This is what I think about Bargain late holidays. Trying to take extra monies by lying. Not enough places for your return flight, we can offer you another flight at another airport 58 miles from the hotel they offered. Asking for an extra 69 euros per person, them when I ask to cancel the trip they bring it down to 19 euros per person. I checked Ryanair and guess what, flight costs 76 euros for 4 of us. This company and all companies under other names that are associated with them should be closed down.
