First issue is the fire pit was delivered in two separate shipments which isn’t a problem if forewarned that this is the case.
Secondly the Rattan base would not fit on the correct side of the unit as the predrilled holes were on the opposite side.
Thirdly the gas bottle carrier ring is not big enough to house the gas bottle.
Which I have had to remove and stand the bottle on the ground inside the cabinet.
Fourthly now the gas bottle housing is the wrong side due to the base fixing the gas hose is not long enough to reach the bottle.
Lastly I guess it’s no surprise but there is no contact phone No.

We unfortunately experienced many delays with our sale process with various issues down the chain.
But of huge importance is the fact that the property we were purchasing was being marketed by Knight Frank who were very supportive especially when one considers they were not our selling agents; but representing the sale of the property we planned to purchase. One lady in particular Fiona was remarkable who kept tabs with each and every movement and was giving updates regularly and being extra mindful of how delicate and stressful the situation had become. If you are looking to sell your property go with Knight Frank, customer service above and beyond!!

Cousins is a great store with some lovely products. The staff are extremely helpful and their product knowledge is detailed.
The only negative is the payment system which has, since Alan Ward days has been centralised but is very slow and cumbersome, nevertheless the staff are extremely helpful and go the extra mile.

Product not received and no communication as to when I might expect delivery.
