Fantastic product and amazing customer service.
The product itself feels high quality and well made, and the scents are really good. It's handy to keep in your pocket so you can apply it whenever you like.
There was a slight delay with delivery, but my experience with customer service was first class. They responded quickly, resolved the issue promptly, and kept me informed throughout with excellent communication.
Overall, I'd highly recommend this product.

Import costs to US render this product not worth the hassle
Have not tried the product yet, but it appears to be of decent quality.
BIGGEST ISSUE: Beware of import duties. For me, it was ~$60. Had they better informed me of this, I would not have bought the product. Seeing it now, it's not worth the extra expense. If you can get it within the US, then I'd recommend giving it a try. As it currently stands, I would stay away.

We completely understand how frustrating it is to be hit with an unexpected $60 charge upon delivery.
To be fully transparent about our shipping costs, we actually cover all the shipping fees ourselves so that delivery is free for our customers. We have also never heard of import duties being this high before, which makes us extra sorry that this happened in your case.
Because import regulations and customs fees vary so heavily per destination country, these international charges are unfortunately calculated and handled by local governments, meaning we cannot control or build them into our checkout prices.
That being said, we take your feedback to heart. We will look into how we can make our international customs warning even more visible on our website to ensure future shoppers are better informed before completing their order.
We hope that once you do get a chance to try the product, the quality brings you some joy. If there is anything else we can help you with, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

First time customer. Absolutely hated the way the customer service handled my case and did not provide any updates. I’m never shopping from Nord ever again and telling all my friends and acquaintances about the experience. My shipment was lost by Fedex and the entire process took over three weeks and finally the package was marked as lost.
UPDATE: Nord sent me a new shipment free of cost. Happy with the resolution there

Not only I have discovered an awesome and different way of carrying and wearing cologne. But also, people who care deeply about what they do and the people they do it for.
I encountered a little problem with my delivery and they helped me inmediatly.
Regarding the product. I've discovered one of my favorite scents of all time, in a really comortable way of carrying. Not only it smells amazing, but it lasts a great amount of time and is super easy to carry around.

Worth trying!
I first ordered a case with some scents to try. They smelled great and I used them every time I went travelling as it was very handy, but more and more I found myself using it at lectures and work and now it's practically with me every time I grab my keys to leave the house. The scents also last me several months, you don't need much and the solid stuff I find sticks to my skin longer than liquid colognes. I received a wrong case when I ordered one as a gift, and the customer support team (Reina) has been incredibly helpful and very timely in resolving the issue. Not a day later and everything was sorted. Highly recommend!

Goog quality. Design. Scents. The only reason that I didn't give five stars is because they could last longer. They last about 3 to 5 hours and are covering a small area. Otherwise they are really good. So I purchased three sets with nine different scents as gifts for my beloved and mea.
