I was unfortunate to develop a macular hole in my left eye. Following delay of treatment by the NHS I made the decision to go private and thankfully my optician referred me to Mr Balaggan. I cannot praise him enough. He was most informative and understanding of my concerns about losing my sight. His initial assessment was that he would try to improve my vision but was unsure how successful it would be. Thankfully the operation was a complete success. I was so pleased that I decided to have my right eye cataract operated on by My Balaggan. In my eyes he is the best and I can't thank him enough.

I purchased a 2018 Ford Kuga in September 2020. I have had to have the washer jets replaced four times to date. I contacted Ford customer service and have been told that because I use an independent garage to service my vehicle that Ford will not compensate me for the cost of the latest washer jets replacement. The washer jets are lasting 6 months on average. Very poor customer service. I will be replacing my car soon and it will definitely not be a Ford.

Terrible service. One star given for how polite and helpful staff are otherwise no stars for company. Service engineer ok, told me he couldn't fix my old fridge freezer so I purchased and paid for a new Beco from Glotech as they offer 50% off repair charge plus I paid a further £55 to have door opening changed. I had to call 5 days later to find out about delivery as I didn't have any information re this. Received an email from their supplier Kaboodle and booked an appointment. They only deliver specific days any time during the day. I rang Kaboodle to say I have a commitment every afternoon of the day they delivered and requested a morning delivery. They could not guarantee this. I was not asking for a specific time. I found this totally unreasonable and cancelled my order. Glotech sales advertises "Making it easy...., Take the stress out of buying, Fast delivery" None of this service applies to Glotech and the supplier they use. Will not use this company again.

Bought a 6x2 Simplicity mini lean to 'old cottage garden'. Buying it was simple. Building it IMPOSSIBLE.
Two of us spent 3 afternoons trying to read the worst ever instruction manual. Parts supposed to be numbered. Half were not. We were told they had problems with punch machine(not helpful)!!! Customer service polite but not helpful. Ended up paying £200 to have a self employed erector to do the job. Do NOT recommend this company.

Very pleased with Octopus. Requested a refund as I was a lot in credit. Had nice email from Damir within a few days to confirm it was to be authorised. Thank you Damir and Octopus 🐙
