I love having a Capital One credit card. It's probably the easiest account to deal with and handle. Their website is simple, clear and easy to navigate. Making a payment is so easy to do and I never miss a monthly payment as I always get an email to remind me.

This was the second item that I had purchased from Picture The Stars. I was so impressed with the first one that I ordered another.
Unfortunately Royal Mail decided to give this second package a bit of a bashing and the item I had ordered arrived badly damaged.
Upon contacting Picture The Stars and supplying them with photos they didn't hesitate to send a replacement straight away. It arrived within two days!
Now that's what I call excellent customer service!
I highly recommend this company .. and will be buying from them again .. for sure.

A superb company to do business with. I ordered a picture of the stars for friends of mine for their wedding anniversary.
I had to email the company, after submitting the order, with a last minute alteration / addition - and it was no problem to get it organised.
Friends thought it was stunning - fabulous quality .. everyone very happy.

Well, what a delight it was to purchase from this seller. I had a couple of questions that required an answer before I could make an order and Shaun came back to me straightaway with a perfect solution. So, I ordered and super quick I received the items. My recent trip to Dalaman was my third flight with Jet2 and every time I have been so impressed with their service, their crew and comfort on the flight itself.
The only reason I dropped a star this time is that my pre-ordered meal was incorrect - I'm a vegetarian and the meal that had been allocated for me had beef in it. Just one of those things - and it certainly won't stop me flying with them again.
Having said that the crew made sure I was given a meal deal including something that I could eat. So, all good.

This is my third time using VCC .. and it really is the simplest of processes. Kept informed from the moment you request the postage labels right the way through to being given an offer for your items.
I highly recommend them.

Prompt help received from customer service when I had a few issues when trying to book an experience. The website froze and threw me out and when I tried again the voucher was deemed as already used. A quick message via their WhatsApp facility and it was all sorted. Thank you Asenathi.

I purchased the P&F Starter Kit when it was on a fantastic offer. Too good to miss. It is packaged beautifully and the products themselves are just SO good. They smell divine and certainly do the job with ease. I'll never go back to using anything else.
If you haven't tried them yet -- give them a go.
Also, their customer service is second to none. There was an issue where my first order got lost in the mail (via delivery company Evri - need I say more!) - but there was no problem at all with sending out a replacement (via Royal Mail) which arrived in literally two days!

Really pleased with this company - I use them for my car insurance and have been with them for three years now. Very competitive price wise and their customer service (when you really need to speak with someone via a Live Chat) is very good. I had occasion today to use it and spoke with Dennis who was super helpful and answered my question quickly and competently. I would highly recommend them.

I was recommended Llama Leisure by a friend .. and I don't think I've ever been more grateful. The Jogger Shorts are fantastic. Good quality material, so comfortable to wear and the colours are so vibrant. I'm not usually a "shorts person" but these are - hands down -the best I've ever bought. Probably a bit more than I'd usually pay for something like this .. but they're worth every penny. Very happy bunny here and I'd heartilty recommend this company and their clothing!

I had to change the date of my theatre trip and I know, from experience, how challenging this can be sometimes with other companies.
Not with LTD though .. easy to actually talk to someone who was helpful, polite and friendly. Tickets all moved to an alternative date with no fuss and just a small admin fee.
Really happy with this service and would highly recommend London Theatre Direct.

So simple now to book train tickets online voa Trainline. I use it often and have never had any issues.
