Website photos and information does not match the actual property, NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH A DISABILITY

I am disabled and required assistance at the airport, by the time we got to the transfer bus, it had already left, although it stated on one document, a 40 minute wait, and on another document 60 minute wait we were outside within both times. Had to pay €60 for a taxi to get to the apartment. All entrances were closed, reception was down the street and not on the complex, ( we were only told this by another resident) , rang the out of hours phone number several times but got no answer. After standing out on the road for over 20 minutes (myself in extreme pain) two very kind residents offered to put us up for the night. To reach their apartment, we had to climb an enormous hill and then 12-14 steps, which is not mentioned on the website 😡The photos used are of the private apartments, overlooking the pool( which only opens on the Sunday, again not mentioned on the website. All this was in the first 24 hours. DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER AS THE WEEK GOES ON, And as for an adaptable room 😂😂😂😂
