Thanks

Thanks , It is amazing to have the favourite thing you want but just because of the financial situation you can’t always have it , but creation makes it possible . Thanks to creation for providing financial help .

Really bad service with no care or interest in my issue

Ive been using Currys FlexPay with Creation for a number of years now however the service I have recently received has been shocking. I have made a payment via a link they sent to me to pay (which I have done previously) which has cleared my account and the bank confirmed it has been paid, however they’ve not credited it to my account and are denying receiving it despite sending screenshots showing this payment has been sent and cleared. Not one person has bothered to escalate this and I am continuously being fobbed off with the same standard response. I have now raised this as a complaint. Extremely disappointing service.
