Thank you to Jessica Pope, all of her team and the ladies on reception for providing a professional and welcoming service. From the moment of telephoning to make an appointment, being welcoming in branch on arrival and meeting with Jessica and her assistants I felt that I could exhale as soon as I met everyone because I was in good and safe hands, people that were knowledgeable and customer focussed. My will has been concluded to my complete satisfaction, this process was dealt with efficiently and effectively. The Glanvilles branch in Petworth is always spotless and the ladies on reception always put me at ease on arrival. Thank you everyone.

Delivery on time from a very pleasant delivery man who looked very smart

This review is based on my only order from LondonRD. I got a couple of messages before receiving the order keeping me informed that it was slightly delayed. When my item arrived it did not look like the photo and was poor quality, overpriced (despite being ‘discounted’ clearly a marketing con) and tacky. I politely asked for a returns label (as directed in their email), no response, I contacted them again politely and copied in Trading Standards hoping that might illicit a reply but still no response. As it is now a month later I am sharing this review in the hope that no one else is conned by them and wastes money

Love the personalised mini figures, I’ve ordered ~ 15 now of different people as they are so good and very good value for money, well packaged and promptly delivered. Only comment I’d make is could you include a short hairstyle for people who have hair say 1cm - 2cm max (close to head) as that seems to be a gap in the hairstyle offerings.

Very easy to use and quick, it’s like a big advent calendar and a surprise which door is going to open!

Positive: ability to book in advance, and one less thing to worry about, good price for parking.

Negative: I already had an Apcoa Connect App but had to sign up again to (another?) Apcoa app which as a one off was a bit of a faff if I’d been in a hurry

My car wasn’t collected on the first date collection was booked for but it was easy to reschedule with a really pleasant customer focussed lady. The driver contacted me in advance and it was a very slick, efficient and quick process for my car to be taken away.
