My account was frozen due to no fault of my own, I’ve not been able to access my funds which I desperately needed. Customer service is none existent, going around in circles talking to bots, bring back HUMANS!!

Some of the items in my online order box were damaged due to a bottle of liquid hand soap leaking. The response to my email was dealt with quickly and I am pleased with the response from the customer service team.

I'm over the moon with my recent purchase of a Parker Knoll suite, it was in the sale and I feel I've dropped on a real bargain. The sales assistant was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured in anyway (unlike some of the other sofa shops I had visited). I would highly recommend SCS, fabulous furniture, competitive prices and attentive staff.
