We've just received our 1559 map of London, printed on canvas, 24 by 36 inches (cm will never catch on) and beautifully "float framed" in the finish of our choice, which makes it extra special . All individually crafted with great care. We're delighted. The quality is superb. It was VERY carefully packaged and reached us in pristine condition (despite the best efforts of the local delivery driver who will remain nameless). Many thanks to all at The Unique Maps Co.

I chose a Sanderson fabric from the huge range on the website, with a blackout lining. The curtains arrived, on schedule, carefully folded in a sturdy box. The quality of the fabric and liner is excellent, as is the manufacturing. They look beautiful - and a perfect fit. Many thanks.

I've used this company several times with great results. Last time, the curtains and liners came with large vertical seams. The company said it was due to me ordering curtains wider than the width of the fabric. How could I know that? You need to open the box on the webpage "Further info". There you'll find the fabric width, so if you don't want vertical seams on your curtains, find a different fabric. Why don't they tell you this in plain sight? I moaned about my curtains weeks ago, they said they'd get back to me in a few days and haven't. Edit - now they have contacted me and are re-doing my curtains - so five stars for that!

Booking the job was fast and easy. I was kept informed as to who was doing the job and when they would arrive. The workman was great - very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a very thorough job, and carefully cleaned up when he'd finished. The end result exceeded my expectations. I'm very pleased.

I'm lucky enough to own several pairs of Embassy shoes and they get great compliments. Very comfy, fabulous designs, and a lot less expensive than some other luxury brands. Customer service is excellent and swift. Each pair comes in a sturdy box, and with an individual bag for each shoe so they don't get marked in transit.

Yodel sent a text to say they had delivered my parcel. No, they had not. I was in the house, the lights were on, car outside, RING recorded doorbell working. No-one came near the house. Phoned to find out what had gone wrong and could only speak to a computer who told me the parcel had been delivered. Lies!
