The mats in recieved from this company are absolutely disgrace. They arrived "vacuum packed", squashed into a very small package. The came out of the package totally crumpled. Despite following the instructions of leaving them in a warm room flat for 24 hours to settle and flatten out they are now 2 months on still very crumple. They also do not fit my car despite being advertised as "custom made". I have requested many times a refund and have been told they won't. The CEO replied to my email asking what I would like them to do to resolve the issue. I asked for a return label and a refund. He is now ghosting me. So for the mats I wish I could give a zero star. For customer service a zero star. For the CEO Alfie Jones, I will say this. I want my refund please.

They are not as good as they would like you to think.
In fact, the ones that turned up for my car are absolutely awful. Customer service is awful as well.I have sent four emails , including photographs , and I am still waiting for them to sort it.
As far as I am concerned , this is a total scam.
The quality is extremely poor the mats are extremely thin, and they are vacuum packed into such a tight packet that the creases and crumples will never come out.
They also do not fit my car properly

Great after sales. I recieved a bunch of tulips, but they only lasted 1 day. So rather than dissapoint the sender immediately contacted them directly. I was immediately offered a replacement, but the same thing happened. This time I was offered an alternative. Much better. Thank you. Oh I used Moonpig all the time.

I was lied too, I had call handlers hang up because I couldn't understand thier accent. I got my parcel it was badly b

I wanted to give this product a try as id seen loads of posts. The company are really good, and really do give a crap. My first parcel went missing, Evri at thier best. A replacement was sent out very quickly. I have to say service is top notch, the product? Bloody great. I won't be buying my loo rolls from the supermarket again. I give a crap about a great product. This has it all.

I’m terrible for posting cards for occasions. Most of my family are a 3 hour drive away so moon pig really helps me to remember birthday and other special occasions.
I pay for the premium service, which does save me money, I also take the offers, even post dating the delivery date.

Having seen other reviews I decided to give this a go. It was really easy to fit and use. Looks good and being stainless steel is easy to keep clean.
When I took off my tap fitting it was full of black sludge and gritty bits. Im looking forward to seeing what the filter looks like when its ready to change. My neighbours are waiting to see too.

Having 4 dogs can be expensive. Thier lifestage food is brilliant. It's not cheap but not expensive either. My goldens love it.

Brought a new shark vacuum. I have 4 golden retrievers and boy the vacuum has to work hard. Well this one is fantastic. Shark are great.
