Efficient service, easy to use website, good prices

Good removal service except that the price is based partly on the number of boxes supplied and the customer has to estimate this - or I think accept Anyvan’s recommendation, when booking online. In our case the removal guys didn’t have enough boxes so we had to buy more and pay extra for the packing service. In addition we had to hire another ‘man with a van’ the following day to complete the job. It would have been better to use a service that estimated in person in advance.

Fantastic service. My iPhone started to become unresponsive to the point that it was disabled - too many ‘wrong’ attempts to input the passcode. The nearest Applestore had no appointment slots until doomsday. Carphone Warehouse, recommended Apple repairer said, ‘Sorry mate, you’ll have to buy a new phone and we’d be happy to sell it to you.’ iSmash were easy to deal with, very friendly, very convenient (Bank Station branch) and they fixed my phone at a very competitive rate. Great service.

Fabulous service, would recommend Hyperoptic to anyone who can get it. The fast symmetric upload/download speed means storing stuff in the cloud is like saving it on your computer hard disk. And no more circle of death when watching Netflix or iPlayer :)

The only addition we made was to buy an Apple Airport Extreme AC wifi access point to get the maximum benefit from the 1Gbps service.
