SHOCKING HOW THEY CAN OPERATE : Further to the review I left last week. I have reported this to PayPal and explained the situation, shocking customer service and the absolute bull excuses they give. Before I even finished with my complaint pay pal had refunded the full amount. It’s obviously not the first and won’t be the last complaint pay pal have had with this company. I hope this review alerts potential buyers to serve and look for other companies who respect the clients and doesn’t take the money , with a load of BULL to follow.

AVOID , AVOID and AVOID THE BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE SCAM !!!! I have bought from this company before , should have learnt my lesson first time but reviewed a phone call from the owner asking me to take the review down and offered me a gesture of good will. Same has happened again, ordered , paid extra for recorded delivery. 6 days on, no tracking number and they are blaming Royal Mail but can’t provide a tracking number !!!. They spend a fortune on marketing but that’s solely to bring in clients and basically rip them of with excuses and excuses. PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS BELOW and there seems to be a pattern along the way. They should not be in business how they treat clients. I have left many reviews with companies on trust pilot as its credit where it’s due on many of them. Definitely NO credit for this company. It doesn’t even deserve this review but I am doing it solely for potential buyers to save them a headache, time and potentially money. The experience is shocking and the excuses are hilarious. Considering they spend so much on the website for marketing , I know now it’s solely for one reason and that’s to rip of their clients. STAY AWAY from all of their umbrella companies as you will get the same service I got and others as you can read below. If this review helps at least 1 person not purchase and go through a load of rubbish excuses etc, then I am glad it’s helped.
AVOID , SWERVE and don’t waste your money and time. There are so many other companies out there who provide better products and much better service.

I have been dealing with Alexander’s for many years. I am now at the stage of dealing with the after sales / service with Alex Davison, as I am happy with my vehicles. The service and technicians are excellent from the moment they take your car and keeping you updated as the service is going on, is second to none. Alex Davisson is so knowledgeable and explains everything perfectly and truthfully.
From the moment I buy a car from here, rite through to the servicing. There is absolutely no need to go anywhere else. It’s so difficult to find a trusted car dealer who will give you the service all the way through from sales to service. Alexander’s ticks all the box’s in every area! Dealt with Sophie Hodgkinson in customer support. I had tried to rectify an issue for weeks. Immediately within 10 mins Sophie solved the issue and arranged for the part to be ordered and sent out. Also went out of her way to help assist with another issue I had. Very professional and efficient! Thank you.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AGAIN FROM JOE TUDER IN CHESTER
Joe had been so helpful throughout my experience with Stokers. He has given his time, knowledge and patience when I have ordered my bed and mattress. I changed the mattress half way through the order and I feel he went out of his way to have this cancelled and another one was ordered that was correct for me.
He knew what I was looking for in the end and helped me change to the correct one. I caused more paperwork than necessary, but it was still no issue for him and was done immediately.
Thanks Joe and it’s a pleasure to deal with yourself and Stokers AGAIN.

ABSOLUTE JOKE / SCAM
I have tried to cancel my profile it won’t let me. Breach of privacy rights , I have filled in the form and emailed it to 4 different C-date emails, including the email address PayPal gave me. I paid for 1 month, and have now cancelled payment and reported to PayPal should they try to take anymore. I have sent a complaints letter into this company based on all the reviews below and asked them to look into it, with a possibility of cancelling their pay pal account as this does not show good practice.
I am simply requesting my profile to be deleted and have followed all the stages that they ask. I have had computer acknowledgments which proves they have received it. It will still not me delete my profile which is a breach of privacy rights.
All payments stopped, still waiting for the response so I can close my profile down.
The good thing is that a close family member is decently ranked police officer and said if they don’t comply and delete the account or take further payments, then it is worth logging it with the online watchdog fraud department, especially based on all these reviews that people have.
There is further advice he gave but I will not show all the cards yet on here !!!!
I am therefore asking for my account to be deleted or allow me too. No further payments to be taken as I have paid for the month and think the site is crap , my opinion and reviews tell the truth below.
I have done all the relevant requests in order to delete the account and I have sent into multiple email addresses including the one on the site given , the one below given and the one PayPal gave me directly. Acknowledgements have been received.
All future payments cancelled.
I suggest that the account is deleted with immediate effect before I take this much much further. The good thing, is that I have the time, authorities within the family for advice and a little bit more. So I can pursue very easy. JUST DELETE MY ACCOUNT AND DONT SEND ME A BULL RESPONSE WITH AN EMAIL ADDRESS AS I HAVE PROOF THAT I HAVE SENT CANCELATION EMAILS TO EVERY ADDRESS YOU HAVE GIVEN.

Second time I have been to stokers one 2 months. The bed department and dealt with Joe again in sakes. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and as always took the time to run through all the options on the table. Always come away knowing that I have got the best deal with the correct products suitable for me. Thanks again Joe.

I went to Stokers today in Chester to buy a bed and mattres . Joe Tudor helped me. He was so helpful, so knowledgeable and very patient. This made me feel comfortable and I ended up a happy customer and bought both the mattress and Bed , pillows and protector. Came away feeling happy with the purchase and more importantly being given the rite information and knowledge what was good for me. Not taken delivery until 6 weeks , can’t comment any further but so far todays experience was EXCELLENT, thanks to Joe ! Thank you
