I have been with Freeeol a for 15 years. Using their broadband and Domain hosting facilities.

Bought the kit for a combi boiler - hub, Room stat and 2 x rad valves.
Installation was easy.
The App works OK on my Samsung smart phone, but I would really like the App to be available on my Tablet (Kindle Fire)
The adaptors in the box did not fit my TRVs. My TRVs were the old Myson thread size. I had find a 3rd party supplier and buy a special adaptor set (one for each valve) at £10 each.
One of the rad valves was faulty - the electronics and communication to the hub were working but the actuator did not work so the radiator was not being 'turned' on.
The first email to Tech support got a very quick response HOWEVER after that I never got any other responses to my emails.
I ended up buying another valve, making sure that worked and then returning the faulty valve for a refund.
In summary - the equipment appears to be OK, a good design. Long term reliability remains to be tested.
Technical Support is lacking/non existent (in my experience)

I hire a van every 3 or 4 years and am always worried "am I getting a good company or not".
Nationwide were great. Booking system was easy, contact was good, actually speaking to a real person. An early email advising me what to look for on the van and encouraging me to take photos helped a great deal.
I got a phone call from the delivery and collection team telling me when to expect them.
Van was clean and tidy, delivery man helped me go around the van and make sure everything was in order.
Van was reliable and economical.
I would use Nationwide again.

Ordered a monitor at midnight and it was delivered within 36 hours.
