I'm very satisfied with the purchase. The product was exactly as described, the price was competitive, and everything arrived in good condition.

The only thing that could be improved is the delivery updates. Most delivery companies provide a 2-hour delivery window on the day of delivery, even if the original estimate is between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any update, so I only knew the delivery had arrived when the driver pulled up outside my house and started parking. The only positive was that the delivery arrived before midday, so I didn't lose the whole day waiting. Apart from that, everything was great.

Very disappointing customer service and delivery experience.
The parcel was supposed to arrive at a collection point by 16 May, but it never arrived there. There was no delivery attempt, no phone call, and no useful information from the courier.
What made the situation worse was that I had to contact the courier myself because the seller kept telling me to “just wait” through live chat. Only after contacting the courier directly did I find out that the parcel had likely been lost.
Then the courier told me to contact the seller, while the seller continued telling me to wait. It became a complete circle of avoiding responsibility.
The live chat support was also very poor. I felt constantly dismissed, chats were quickly ended, and I had to repeatedly start new conversations and explain the entire situation again to different agents.
After 10 days I finally found out that the parcel had already been returned, yet I was still told to wait another 14 days for a refund because of their “internal process”.
Because of this situation, I had to spend extra money to buy another replacement gift at short notice.
Very stressful and frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend being careful when ordering from this seller, especially if your order is important or time-sensitive.

Immediately after making the purchase, I contacted the seller to confirm that I would receive the product by the planned delivery date. The seller assured me that the delivery would proceed as scheduled. However, one day before the delivery date, I was informed that the product was out of stock. I was offered an older model at a lower price, but I declined as I specifically wanted the exact model I had purchased.

I sent two emails requesting the cancellation of the order and a refund, but I received no response. After a few days, the money was refunded; however, I lost time and the opportunity to purchase the product from another seller who had it in stock at that time, but no longer does.

Fast shipping, very good price. I recommend 100% !!!!
