Delivery just as expected. Not really alot of communication though before delivery.

It was delivered early i didn't even know he had been till I looked out my window.he had come up my drive and gone shut the gates after himself very impressed

After paying Gravelmaster to deliver some stones. The people who delivered them damaged my driveway.
It turned out Gravelmaster asked someone else to deliver them. Despite giving the evidence to Gravelmaster, they maintained it was a third party who delivered them.
To sum up it seems they have no say or influence on the so-called third party they are paying. Shame they cannot make this third party company sort out the damage made or get rid of them.

Pre 12 o’clock delivery didn’t arrive until about 2.30

I was very pleased with the service the Delivery man was very helpful and should be congratulated on his approach and kindness when delivering such a large amount of gravel. I have no doubt we will be ordering again due to the service received.

Gravel looks good, delivery good, delivery driver great, very helpful.
Communication from the email /office not so good, I emailed the address given for advice and they didn't bother replying.

Delivery was excellent and the Scottish pebbles are beautiful. Would definitely use Gravelmaster again.

Ordered two items and paid for early delivery.
The plan was for my gardener to complete driveway in one day.
Only one item arrived, rang office, item had been forgotten! I was told my item would arrive by Royal Mail which would take up to five days!
I asked for a refund. This is going to take 14 days to return to my bank account!
So after paying £30 extra for early delivery, I have no item and a unfinished job
Definitely wouldn’t purchase anything from this company again.

Easy to navigate ordering & delivery no issues. Would order again.

Ordering what we wanted was easy and an issue with part of the order not being sent with the main item was quickly rectified. The main issue was that we ordered 850kg of Scottish pebbles only to find it mixed with builders sand which of course weighed quite a lot and probably a certain percentage of the 850kg. I’m not sure if this is usual practice but it did not state pebbles and sand in the website so I’m not sure how honest a job it was. I have emailed them to see what their response may be.

Really pleased with the gravel but not delivered on the day I requested and not left in the place I asked. There's just no point in asking for these details if they are going to be ignored. Or if they can't be met it would be good to inform the customer upfront

Appalling service ordered a bulk bag of stones and couple of rolls of membrane for my garden on 23/08/26 delivery date set for 26/08/26
I took the week off work to specifically do the job and arranged help for the day
The morning delivery was due I received an email to say they wouldn’t be able to deliver due to a problem with the carrier and no re arranged date
I then emailed them back as no correspondence from them I then received an email saying that the item has been out of stock different from the original reason
I contacted again Thursday 03/09/26 requesting a refund as no correspondence from them I received an email back on the 04/08/26 only after I asked for my money back otherwise I had nothing from them the email stated my order was out for delivery and yet again not received it.
this level of service is just unacceptable when issues occur communication is key poor customer service and contradictory reasons for failing to deliver and then not providing a refund when you fail to deliver that service says it all. avoid avoid avoid is my advice like the plague no consideration for the customer but without a customer you have no business choose somewhere else to source what you need is my advice as I’m still waiting

I ordered two bulk bags of Basalt on the 27th of August and requested delivery for today (Friday 4th September). 10am, the day of delivery, I've received an automated text to say it's being delivered on Monday. Customer service said they'd get back to me when I called 3 hours ago and they've not bothered. The chap on the phone sounded like he didn't care at all and it came across like I was an inconvenience for asking about my non-existent deliver. I've wasted two days annual leave and lost £70 on a wacker that I've now hired for now reason. Absolutely shocking service.

A first class service and great value, the delivery guy was great 😊👍
