Looooooong waits for delivery …

Much as I love the brand I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for my UN personalised order now ! No explanation and another order is over a week old with no acknowledgement. Sad !

Small sizing and No Free returns !

Ordered 5 items - 4 were all very small in size ! Returns are charged for so definitely would not risk ordering online again
