On my first visit to the Speke, Liverpool store I was welcomed, given general advice on how it was laid out and encouraged to browse at my own pace, feeling no sales pressure which I have experienced in other places. It was one of the managers I spoke to and she was on hand to advise/help when I had questions. On my return trip the same manager assisted me, giving me full details of the item and various options on materials, thoroughly explained the ordering and delivery process for what I wanted. Looking forward to my delivery now 😊

This review is purely on the work my solicitor, Hayley, did on both selling my property and buying my new apartment. She kept me updated on both sale and purchase progress along the way, working tirelessly and conscientiously to complete on both. I cannot fault her commitment to achieving this despite delays on receiving responses to queries in the final stages. I think that without Hayley’s perseverance and dedication I would still be waiting to move in!! Thank you so much.

Great deal, easy to book and regular updates ahead of my trip

It was going well until I was allocated a case worker. I asked a question but she didn’t reply and still hasn’t so my application, I assume, has been declined although I haven’t been notified. I am not aware she tried to call me as I was going abroad but have been back 2 weeks and had no contact 😕
