Ordered and received on time, delivery was very well informed and on time. Mattress came rolled up, was very heavy and needed two of us to get it upstairs. We were decorating the room so had plenty of time to unroll it and let it settle. The mattress itself is very comfortable. Medium-hard which is a fair description and the topper is lovely and soft. Very pleased with this purchase
