I went to get measured by Hal and it was a lovey experience, she made me feel very welcomed, very comfortable & was honestly a Gem!!

Had such a lovely experience at Ann Summers! Melis was absolutely amazing and provided such great customer service. As soon as we walked into the shop, she approached us with a warm and friendly attitude and asked what we were looking for. She took us straight to what we needed, gave us really helpful advice and made us feel completely comfortable throughout.

She was so helpful and knowledgeable that we actually ended up leaving with more than we originally came in for! 😂 Melis is such a lovely lady, thank you for making our shopping experience so enjoyable.

I went to The Ann summer's store in Belfast and Casey was very good at helping me chose what's right for me after I explained what I like and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely recommend it if you want to spice things up.

Me and my friends went to the Westfield Shepards bush Anne summers and had the pleasure of meeting Jess who is honestly amazing she took the time to not only show us the different types of vibrators there were but also educated us on the importance of finding the right one and even compared the difference to us it was such a healing and sexually positive experience. And just wanted to take the time to recognise how great the team is there everyone was lovely and so welcoming

My experience was amazing, the staff member savannah in the store in blackpool was lovely and gave me and my family the best treated.

I went into the Nottingham store today and was quickly greeted by abiba. They was absolutely amazing. Helped me quickly find the sizes I needed and even suggest some other alternatives. Super friendly and put me at ease, I come out with more items than I went in for thanks to her great customer service :)

Finley I’m the Maidstone store was so knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable especially talking about things so intimate. Fantastic customer care. Above and beyond x

Sam from the Nottingham city store really helped me pick out an appropriate set and helped find my sizing as I’m a f cup and it’s typically hard to find the right size but she managed to along with understanding I’m socially anxious and even hyping me up when unsure now I love my set thank you so much Sam I am gonna have fun at the boudoir shoot thanks to you if you see this

I had an amazing service from Lucy in the Bromley store today in which I previously brought wrong size bras and Lucy very kindly helped me to select the correct size and help assist with deals for me too! Great service from Lucy! ❤️

I went back to Ann Summers today as I had a change of mind to some of the items purchased, Lisa was brilliant.
I had a fitting while there and came away with some stunning items.
Lisa was lovely, nothing was too much trouble.

Me and a friend went into the Ann Summers Store in Stoke to return and find a bra - we were greeted with smiles as we went around and the lovely Lisa went above and beyond to help find the right bra for us! Absolutely brilliant customer care! I will not be going anywhere else for my bra sets from now on.

Nicky in Maidstone did my bra fitting today. She is absolutely fantastic. So knowledgeable and passionate about her job.

Always a pleasure shopping in the Nottingham store. Sam was a great help today finding items in my correct size and suggesting other items I might also like.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Megan made me feel really comfortable during my bra fitting and answered any questions I had.

Ffion helped me at the Swansea store, she was extremely kind and friendly.
