Burd is the best. Always on time. Fast delivery. Love to select it as a delivery method when I see it offered at checkout in web shops. I can get products from matas same day or next day right at the door and track where they are. I love it.

I've always gotten good service at Louis Nielsen Frederiksberg. The prices are very competitive and the quality of the lenses and the after care service is really good. Much much better than Synoptik. Just being honest... Sorry, Synoptik.

So listen, GLS.... We both know you've done this at least 5-10 times before at my address. I'm home all day, working from home, here with the dog... And then I get an email saying "we tried to deliver the package today, but we couldn't. You can pick it up at this delivery point."

Let me make this clear. There's always someone at home. You're lying. This happens on a regular basis. It happened before at my previous address as well. You absolutely never ever care about actually delivering to the address. You don't even try. You just send your drivers straight to the pickup point. You don't care about the person receiving because it's not them paying for your services. It's the webshops and merchants online who pay and as long as you get your big contracts, you don't care. Do yourself a favor and at least don't even try to ask for reviews. Postnord is better. DAO is better. Bring is better. On this order, I thought I'll give you a try again. But I really shouldn't have. I used to avoid you as a delivery method whenever possible and I will go back to doing that. You're welcome.

My package number was 031460560407 by the way. I'm sure someone in customer service will come to comment below that there's no package number so they're very sorry blah blah blah. Even though you can totally identify it from who sent the review. How about next time you pull this stunt you give me some actual proof you were at the address? Otherwise I will not believe it. Don't believe it. I just don't.

Really like the experience of being able to follow the driver and getting exact estimates for delivery. Able to be home at the right time. Good service so far.

It's one of the best beauty retailers online. Also, they seems to be handling Brexit well. Didn't have to pay extra taxes so far shopping from rest of Europe.

From my experience they are the best option in town. Better than synoptik and Thiele in my opinion. Went to their shop in Frederiksberg several times and they have the best and friendliest staff. Got really good advice from the optician and from the rest of the staff. Choice of frames is also good, especially the cheaper options which, to be frank, look very very good even though they are not designer frames. Price is overall very competitive. Website is also good and works well, better than some of the competitors. Has a rather inexact but super-fun option to try out frames in AR. Overall, I can highly recommend using Louis Nielsen if you live around Central Copenhagen area or Frederiksberg. Can't speak for their other shops, of course.

Fast delivery. But would be nice to be able to choose the place where you want the package delivered. Can't do that now so sometimes package ends up at a pick up point that is a bit too far away.

Can't remember having problems with bring. Stuff seems to arrive on time. Never used private address delivery though
