Deliverer did not ring door bell
Deliverer did not ring door bell at main entrance door to access the stairway, but instead took package along again for renewed delivery. This is now the second time this happens in a short period, and I will hesitate choosing Burd as home deliverer next time.

Reliable and friendly
Always on time and if something happens you will be notified asap. Like I was , I think driver had an accident or his vehicle had problems, since I could see he didn’t move. That happens, but had my delivery the day after by a friendly delivery guy.

But workers, PLEASE DO NOT KNOCK ON DOORS OR RING THE BELL, if it is written just leave the package outside door, do not ring or knock! How difficult it is to understand that??

Horrible delivery man
I've had positive experiences with this company before; they even delivered right to my door. However, this time around, the delivery was a disaster. The delivery guy showed up, took a picture of my building from the street, and it seemed like he couldn't find a parking spot, which was pretty frustrating. He called again to say he had already arrived home and couldn't deliver the package to me. He claimed he came, but nobody was home, yet that's not possible since I was at a restaurant open at that time. Plus, he told me he would send it in two days, even though I paid for same-day delivery, because I believe that I will get the item the same day I ordered. This whole situation was incredibly disappointing. I don't know if you guys can't provide the same day, just don't do it
