Fast Internet connection - SUCKS if you live in Wells / elsewhere with useless mobile signal. WiFi calling no longer working on our iPhones/ Androids - tech staff get you to do needless runaround tasks without actually addressing complaint. Poor management & processes!

UPS unable to pick up item as have not issued a tracking number .. and unable to deal with issue without a tracking number.

Merchants should avoid like the plague as your brands is trashed by their incompetence

Feel scammed by EasyJet with their deliberately over complicated booking in process - no wonder 🇪🇸government has fined EasyJet and Ryanair 100 million for dodgy tsctics

Totally useless - Failed tp deliver purchased product.
Contracted out to @UPS to deliver expensive kit 19 miles ... @UPS gave up twice to deliver whilst wasting my time staying in for delivery.
@AliEpress use @RoyalMail who deliver reliably at low cost in 24 hours .. typical useless Corporate hiring useless delivery partner!!!

AVOID this useless firm. Will stuff you with £89.94 admin charges when you close monthly policy.

Started with useless admin with person leaving not leaving notes.. so threatened with cancellation if I didnt respond in next hour ... to being stiffed with £89.94 admin charges on sale of property being insured.

Diabolical useless service. Deal with one employee on door locks on multiple phone calls, who leaves company and then rung today and given 48 minutes to respond when have already done so.
Doesnt help dont they dont answer in bound phone calls nor tell you your place in queue.
Life too short to deal with such useless service

Lumen will debit your card for hundreds of pounds if you make the mistake of giving over your credit card.

Will waste hours of your time with computer faults. Amazon personal is near flawless and great service. Amazon will go to great lengths to entice you to Amazon business .. your life will then be plagued with endless computer faults that the customer service staff will acknowledge but appear to be powerless to fix for UK ... Amazon's colossal No.2 global market :-(
