Ok so our broadband stopped working on the 2nd Sept, I rang the next morning and spent 15 mins on hold with no answer so I left it for an hour then tried again, on hold again for 15 min so hung up and tried again this time I was on hold for 45mins before someone answered.
Reported the fault and was informed the earliest appointment for an engineer to look at the fault would be 14th Sept
Yes that correct 12 days to get an engineer out.
I would take this into consideration if you about to place an order for broadband.
Adam was excellent. New contract agreed quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service and the new deal
I enquired about switching to Truespeed and Lee Gates Deville has been really helpful. I’ve had many questions and via WhatsApp he has been quick to respond.
I’m waiting for connection to happen in a few weeks time and fingers crossed it all goes to plan. Lee has offered his continue support and I can contact him with any issues that may arise.
Having migrated from Country Broadband and over to Truespeed its not been very smooth. The move should have been invisible other than moving to a 900mb service from the 300mb previously. We have noted a considerable drop in our speed and the inability to answer the phone with their customer services team.
We have been though the process of speaking with their team but the wait times are generally around 45 minutes and then we have had them just cut us off as we get through or exceed 45 minutes.
We have done speed checks and finding the speed variable but never exceeding 500mb and the wifi seems to be terrible. We just need some answers and a solution so we can get what we are paying for but this just doesnt seem possible without contact. I would be very wary to any new customers and make sure you test and check everything is working as expected within the cooling off period. I would 100% be cutting service if i wasnt now locked in.
Work harder Truespeed this isnt a very good service in todays market!!!
Extremely poor service. Extremely long wait times on the phone. They only seem to have 2 staff and a manager in their call centre. Waiting time for an engineer due to a fault outside is around 5 weeks. If you don't agree with their complaint resolution they will simply mute your call and never call back. To get back through to them is a 1.5 hr wait. Shocking. Go with BT instead they supply a hub when offline until the engineer visit
Would give double the stars if I could. Super quick, super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Good communication. 10/10 work Jozef and Paul
Another 45 minutes on hold and still waiting for Customer Service. Avoid unless you like wasting time on the phone. See my review above.
Terrible customer service. Very, very slow wifi speed. Never get the broadband speed they advertise despite numerous attempts to reset the router as per their instructions. They won't pick up the phone. Been on hold for over an hour. Will be leaving Truespeed as soon as possible.
Recently, we decided to switch from Truespeed to sky because of a Nora made by sky as part of our television package, et cetera. The connection and package actually fell through which was really a complete waste of my time and I even found Self installing the fibre cable for sky who we lied on reached to fit the ONT box which never happened, but that’s another story.
When we contacted Donna at TrueSpeed who to be honest and contacted us originally when we said we were leaving she made us an offer on an 18 month contract which was excellent and of course it meant that we didn’t have to worry about any new installations going in mind the failed installations by open reach in sky.
That’s it really. I just wanted to say how grateful we are especially to Donna Dixon. Thank you for the continued great service.
Really easy process made all the better by Adam’s explanations & patience.

Contacted TRUESPEED today and spoke to Matthew, who answered all my questions clearly, politely and professionally.
He explained what I needed to do and what the company would do and put my mind at ease.
It was a pleasure to be helped by him.
He is a credit to the company.
I am looking forward to my transition from my previous broadband provider to TRUESPEED and hope all goes well for all concerned.
Regards,
Chris Tosti

I have been offered a renewal contract but I cannot get through to Truespeed to discuss further. They do not answer phones. I sent an email and received this responce "Thanks for getting in touch. We'll aim to reply within 2 business days". This was over a week ago. Maybe I should just cancel my direct debit and see if anyone decides to contact me. Terrible service. I shall start looking elswhere for broadband and phone service

Internet doesn’t reach most of the house. Customer service just try to upsell products and throw parts of the contract at you. Seem uninterested in sorting the issue .id avoid Truespeed at all costs. I’ll be leaving as soon as I can.

Great!
Matthew was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and set up an installation date

As a new customer I expected much better. We had the installation but couldn't get connected due to a fault on the pole / down the line. Nearly a week later we are still waiting. I have called several times and keep getting told they are trying to get us booked in with the team and can't provide a timeframe at all. It's just so disappointing.

Simply awful. 100% price increase, poor communications. Slow response. Can’t get through on phone to them, been on hold for over an hour. Definitely give these guys a swerve. There are much better deals out there.
