This service has been a waste of time, money and patience.
I've bought the "Executive Priority CV Writing Package" where a supposed specialist in my field would contact me. One among "Top 10", according to their advertisements.
Even though I told the writer how disappointed I was with the first draft and explained the flavour I needed to give to my CV, he ignored most of my comments, and he just copied a big chunk of my original document. I don't even think he did the proofreading.
The service has been impersonal; the writer didn't get right my needs and even mixed up what I told him to the point that I gave up my money despite the writer telling me not to worry about the deadline.
I don't believe the problem was the writer, but the service itself. They promise what they are not able to deliver.
My package was composed of three elements. Most of the contents are Copy & Paste from one to the other. My LinkedIn Profile shocked especially to me- it is nothing else than my CV split in fields.
I have consulted with a friend who is a recruiter himself, and he told me he doesn't see the money I've paid either in the documents.
I haven't still secured a job interview, but the 60 days rewrite promise talks about getting as many as twice the number of interviews you had with your previous document. What if I am starting to look for a job with zero interviews so far? Double of nothing is nothing.
This service looked like a complete joke to me.
