You say my package is delivered, so why don't I have it...its now hours after your delivery time im tired and im going to bed...I have been awake and waiting for my order and no one has been here...WHY❓️AND WHERE IS IT❓️...this is a food order and never should be be put or left elsewhere...it should be delivered directly into the client's hands and im still waiting for this to occur. Im very upset and tired....at this point in time im missing my money because I paid ahead and im missing my order... what is the process forwards for this huge problem... I expect OR my order delivered into my hands OR a full refund including shipping pay because it wasn't shipped correctly and I expect an explanation from Harries Vlees and expext an explaination from Truckers as to where their driver left my package....what are the drivers instructions when it comes to delivery of any and all packages....if my package was left elsewhere, that was done without my prior ok of them doing this which puts them in the WRONG.....
I look forwards to an explanation to this error as soon as possible....

These sox are great, they do indeed stay where they should because of the silicone tab on the heel...there is nothing worse than walking along and feeling your sock slowly sinking into your shoe...soon you are walking on a bump under your heel...very uncomfortable but now this doesn't happen anymore....yeah‼️‼️

The price was ok.. the service was great.. I was expecting an old fashioned cheesecake, instead it was not cream in color..it didn't taste of cream cheese, cherries were thru the cake not on top of it and it was tiny...it was for my b.day and was delivered perfectly on time.. all people who shared the cake were not a fan of it, they are used to my old fashioned no bake cheese cake. If people are not used to original cheesecake, they should find this one fine...

Quality clothes... too bad we can't choose if the broeken can be ordered in kort meat too...I'm short and the pants are always too long... delivery is usually on time whenever possible...

Wonderful cookware, I can use metal in the pan and it's non stick quality is great...

By mistake 1 of my 2 orders was the wrong size and it couldn't be cancelled on time so they credited my return postage as well as the balance of my order.... they are a very honest company who does things quickly and do exactly what they promise....HIGHLY RECOMMEND ‼️‼️‼️

The driver was very unfriendly both on the intercom and by my front door...the box was heavy and he didn't even offer to set it inside the door...he dumped it by my door outside and walked away....didn't say good day or anything...

The order was delivered but the driver could have been more curious..he used the intercom below at 20u and said he had a parcel but wouldn't identify the company and in my opinion came across as rude...

This company is reliable, they send items on time and have quality products...all arrived safe and on time...recommended...

I received wrong information on 2 bras but when they came, they were totally incorrect...
I called and spoke to Sofie and she got my problems totally solved...Sofie is a real asset to this company...

I ordered and all came super quick and very well packed...I have since ordered 2 more large orders....RECOMMENDED !!!!

I thought products were mostly from companies in the Netherlands but my last article was ordered Nov 5, 2022, and it finally got here on Dec 23, 2022...that leads me to believe that koopje.com orders from China at low costs promising 2-4 weeks delivery but it has mostly a later delivery time....it would be the same to order from wish or aliexpress and save the higher costs...I send emails to find out the delivery time and get no answers until it's delivered...then I get a mail saying we see your article has now been delivered. They have no phone number so customer service is nonexistent...This is not a nice way to do things...I wonder if they will post this review since it is not a 5 star and I am not pleased...

This fleece blanket is huge and oh so cozy warm...it is so big you can sit on the couch and totally wrap yourself up in it...I don't have any heat on so this is very welcome...I wish they had the oversize hoodies that reach the floor made of the same wonderful material...it would very nice to walk and stay warm and cozy...now it's cold when you stand up and move, so I do that as little as possible...this wonderful blanket is highly recommend...❗️👍👍👍

My bol.com orders should come Oct 24, 2022. between 17 and 22U...
I received an email from Trunkrs bv from Nieuwegein on Monday, Oct 24 2022 mid-afternoon that the driver was here and I was not home.
Firstly the delivery should come after 17:00 uur.
I am just out of the hospital from heart surgery and my caregiver was with me...so...I was home all day and night.
I asked bol.com for a phone number for this company but they said they had none...I found one and their complete address and email address.
They emailed me back that it would be delivered on Oct 25...I said no, I would be gone for my check-up and Marieke said no problem we will schedule it for Oct 26. I agreed and asked how late...she said they only deliver in the evening so it would be after 17U...It is now Oct 26 at 2230 in the evening and still no packages...
Before ordering from any company in the future I will refuse this company as a delivery service.
Maybe they charge bol.com less delivery charge than post.nl but when you consider all lost revenue due to dissatisfied clients, you would be better off using a reputable delivery company to keep your customers happy.
Now that I have their phone number, I plan to phone Oct 27 and tell them what I think of their service.
I will never use them again, only the well-known services.
I did receive a package in my briefbox but am still waiting for 2 more articles...Who knows when they will show up but tomorrow I will ask and will do a formal complaint to the klacht email address from the company.
I have been a loyal customer of bol.com for years but this experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth...I am more than angry and upset with this delivery company.
Anyone placing future orders should ask which delivery service is used, this will put an end to any future grief this company may cause.

The order was delivered with super fast speed and the delivery man was very pleasant and friendly at my door.
I have never heard of this service before but it is 100% better than the companies who don't even ring the bell to see if you are home and they just leave the package at your front door...I have lost many things that were already paid for on this way...People walk by and see a package left alone and it is gone...They, the delivery company says they delivered it and the manufacturer says it was sent and here I am with a package that is paid but I have no package.
Good work guys, keep it up...fast and friendly earns more than 5 stars...
