You say my package is delivered, so why don't I have it...its now hours after your delivery time im tired and im going to bed...I have been awake and waiting for my order and no one has been here...WHY❓️AND WHERE IS IT❓️...this is a food order and never should be be put or left elsewhere...it should be delivered directly into the client's hands and im still waiting for this to occur. Im very upset and tired....at this point in time im missing my money because I paid ahead and im missing my order... what is the process forwards for this huge problem... I expect OR my order delivered into my hands OR a full refund including shipping pay because it wasn't shipped correctly and I expect an explanation from Harries Vlees and expext an explaination from Truckers as to where their driver left my package....what are the drivers instructions when it comes to delivery of any and all packages....if my package was left elsewhere, that was done without my prior ok of them doing this which puts them in the WRONG.....
I look forwards to an explanation to this error as soon as possible....
