The driver never reads the delivery instructions ever!

Terrible experience!

Visited specsavers today, getting an appointment was really easy. That was the most positive aspect of the experience. When we arrived, we went to the waiting area, my husband who was to have his eyes tested was immediately attended to.
This is where the selling started !
Hearing test ( My husband has a hearing disability and wears aids) they didn’t notice.
Eye scans
Contact lenses
Additional films on lenses

They were more interested in taking 360 degree images of his head for frames than anything else.
When we were at the point of selecting frames, the assistant was on the big sell offensive, and was more than a nuisance when we wanted to look at the frames.
Chose the frames, then came the bad news, wont be ready for about a week! .. we left, what a load of rubbish, felt like we had been to a time share selling experience, will not go back. Don’t necessarily blame the staff.. the ethos is crap!
