Found the process of enrolling extremely easy for my CIPD level 5. Luke was very helpful and made sure I had the best deal available, which helped, as this is completely self funded. Luke answered all the questions I had about my course and tutor support available. Having shopped around to see which learning provider would suit me most, E-Careers definitely stood out. In addition they were highly rated online in CIPD study groups.

Leon was amazing from start to finish. I ended up changing what car I wanted and he adjusted everything for me. It’s the easiest process I have ever had when buying a car on finance and I have had a few throughout the years! When I’m ready for my next one, although hopefully not for a few years, I will be coming straight back. I have also recommended to all my family and friends that are looking. Brought my Charlotte Tilbury foundation from here, better price than the direct site. Purchased Friday and arrived Saturday morning. Amazingly quick delivery. Wasn’t expecting to get it until Tuesday.

Purchased a car with an extended warranty from them. Paid £1244 for the extended warranty and when the car broke down because it was faulty a week later, they said they would help then blocked all our numbers and email addresses. There is even a Facebook group about them with all their victims on there. Trading standards have numerous cases outstanding. Scammers!

I find Inpost so easy to use, especially with the digital label system they offer. It saves me time having to queue at the post office when I have a hectic day.

We sent our 2 PlayStations in, one 1TB PS4 described as poor condition as we were missing the original controller and one 500GB PS4 Slim described as good condition as we had everything it came with including the original controller.

I packed the items in one box and sent them in, wrapping the original controller to the 500GB PS4 in with the wires to the side of both PlayStations. About a week later (due to christmas postage etc) we received an email offering less then the amount stated when we sent the PS4s into musicmapgie, they are claiming the controller was missing for the 500GB PS4. I raised a case over webchat to be told I would have an update within 48 hours. I then chased 48 hours later as hadn’t heard anything and found out the warehouse team have said they checked again and couldn’t find it. I am extremely confused as to how they couldn’t find it as in order to test the PS4s they would have had to unwrap the wires and lift the controller from the top of it to find them. If the controller had ‘fallen out’ it would have taken the wires with it easily as they were wrapped together and broken the box which isn’t the case.

Their response: well that’s it, you can either take the lower offer or have your items back which would mean I would have to buy another controller to sell it on

i ordered a jacket a few days before Valentine's and was not expecting it to come the day before as I would have liked due to the delivery saying between 2-5 working days and as everyone knows Valentines or any holiday is always a nightmare for post. However the jacket came within 2 days of me placing my order which was great. It even alerted me as to where my parcel was and when it had been delivered. Quick and easy! Not only were they quick but they also had the best price for the jacket over all the thousands of websites I visited trying to find the perfect one! Will definitely recommend them to anyone!
